The Music Ministry of Country Oaks strives for quality and effective ministry through the arts. We seek to worship, to lead others to worship, to train others in the arts to use is service to God and His church, to inspire, to minister to broken hearts and lives and to share the good news of Jesus Christ.

Ministries for all ages are established to accomplish these goals. Adult Worship Teams and Choirs, Youth Choir and Drama Teams, and Children's Choirs and musicals are some of the ministries that make achieving these goals possible.

Music Ministry

The Music Ministry of Country Oaks seeks to lead those who attend our services toward a spirit of worship through quality and effective ministry using the arts during our corporate worship experiences.

The Music Ministry strives to be one body, unified in spirit and with a heart of purity. We purposes to glorify God, to humbly serve Him with a spirit of excellence as ministers of music, of hope, and of agape love. We seek to lead others into His divine presence through thanksgiving, praise and worship.

Our mission is to strive to provide meaningful and inspirational experiences by setting a standard of excellence within our worship services, musicals and other presentations. We seek to inspire, encourage, train, and direct those whom God has called into the music ministry with a spirit of service, excellence, sensitivity, purity, humility and strength.

Ministries currently established:

Adult Music

 

~ Worship Team - Instrumentists presently meet for instrumental rehearsal on Wednesdays at 6:00pm

~ Worship Team Rehearsal

6:45 - 7:15     11:00 Worship Team meets.

7:15 - 7:30     11:00 & 9:30 Worship Teams meet to practice new                            music.

7:30 - 8:00     9:30 Worship Team meets.

Age Appropriate Choirs/Arts

Choirs/Arts ministries presently meeting on Sundays:

 

~ Children - (4 years-old - 6th grade) - The Children’s Choirs meets Sunday afternoon at 4:00pm.

Gods Lambs (4 years old - Kindergarten)
Music Makers (Grades 1-3)
SonShine Singers (Grades 4– 6)
~ Teens - (7th-12th grades) - The Youth/Teen Choir/Drama meets Sunday afternoons at 4:30pm.
